Take the Lead Career Summit

The Take the Lead Summit is designed to engage students, especially from a minority background, and professionals within the sports business on conversations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how to create a more diverse front office staff.

Student participants are also able to gain insights on working in the sports and entertainment industry, network with a wide variety of professionals from different teams and departments, and use the resources provided to help launch them into a successful post-graduate experience.
