Take the Lead Career Summit
The Take the Lead Summit is designed to engage students, especially from diverse backgrounds, and professionals within the sports business on conversations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how to create a more diverse front office staff.
Student participants are also able to gain insights on working in the sports and entertainment industry, network with a wide variety of professionals from different teams and departments, and use the resources provided to help launch them into a successful post-graduate experience.

Students and Young Professionals (18+) interested in learning more about the sports and entertainment industry are welcomed to join the 4th Annual Take the Lead Career Summit. We look forward to an evening of networking and discussion to learn from one another and to emphasize the importance of a diverse and accepting place in the work environment.
Business Professional Attire Encouraged
All attendees* will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Friday, September 22nd Red Sox Game
All attendees* will be entered to win two (2) complimentary tickets to a mutually agreeable game for the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, Bruins, and Revolution
