
Julia Jones is the 2025-2026 Take the Lead Fellow. Julia graduated from the illustrious Howard University in May of 2025 with a degree in Media, Journalism, and Film. In college, she interned with WHBC 96.3, NAACP Hollywood Bureau, and Woolly Mammoth Theater Company. Julia has a passion for storytelling and aspires to work in sports media to highlight diverse stories within the industry.
Julia has already begun making strides as the new Take the Lead Fellow. She assisted the New England Patriots with the RKK AF1 Rivalries Campaign and Pats Winter Wonderland shopping experience. She can't wait to continue rotating with each team and learning more about the sports industry.

Jaehmar Paul was the 2021-2022 Take the Lead Fellow. Jaehmar graduated from Merrimack College in May of 2019 with a degree in business administration and a concentration in sports management and management. In college, he pursued his interest in sports management working as an intramural supervisor for 2 years and acting as VP of Merrimack's club basketball team. Jaehmar enjoyed working with each of the New England and Boston teams and experiencing the sports industry from behind the scenes. His favorite events with the team included working on and attending the KG retirement ceremony, filming a live hockey game and catching a highlight reel goal, hosting private community groups and tours with the Red Sox, hosting the New England Patriots Toy drive and donating thousands of toys to over 20 different organizations, also providing and giving "empowerment coats" to over 10 different shelters in the New England area to give to homeless people in need of a sleeping bag and a coat all in one."
